项目位于黑龙江省哈尔滨市江北区，充分发挥场地环境优势，将蜿蜒的江河化为柔和的曲线，形成内外交融、文化渗透的景观空间。以“江环林绕，幻化生机”为设计理念，引进国际标准，提供一站式养老服务，营造一个梦想不老的城市福泽之地，被自然人文包裹的康养居所。

The project is located in the Jiangbei District of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. By fully utilizing the environmental advantages of the site, we transform the meandering rivers into gentle curves, creating a landscape space that integrates both internal and external elements and permeates cultural richness. With the design concept of "River Encircling, Forest Surrounding, and Transforming into Vitality," we introduce international standards to provide one-stop elderly care services, creating an urban sanctuary where dreams remain ageless, enveloped by natural and cultural beauty.

以循证设计的方式，模拟风、光、温度条件，寻找场地最优解，创造舒适宜人的小环境。发挥冬季冰雪景致、夏季避暑的两大优势，全年持续运营，焕发社区活力。

Using evidence-based design, we simulate wind, light, and temperature conditions to find the optimal solutions for the site, creating pleasant and comfortable micro-environments. By leveraging the picturesque winter snow scenes and the cool summer climate, we ensure year-round operation, invigorating the community with sustained vitality.

哈尔滨地区冬季漫长，我们将热带自然风情引入室内，冬季落雪时也可以体验到潺潺流水、绿意盎然的热带景观；打造社区农场花园，足不出园便能体会亲自然的乐趣；风雨连廊与玻璃温室相结合，保障老人冬天通行的舒适性。

In Harbin's long winters, we introduce tropical natural elements indoors, allowing residents to experience flowing water and lush greenery even as snow falls outside. Creating a community farm garden allows one to experience the joy of being close to nature without even leaving the garden.The combination of sheltered walkways and glass greenhouses ensures the comfort of elderly residents during winter.

此次合作，是阿普贝思在康养型社区景观设计领域的又一重要迈进。未来阿普贝思会持续探索，涉足更多行业领域，将可持续、亲自然的理念融入设计，打造生态、低碳、可持续的人居环境。
